Stage 1 - Plans and Permits
The first step in the construction process is to plan and design the build. This is where we will take into account your wants and needs while developing a plan to best execute those desires. We will then focus on retrieving all of the permits required for construction, as this is an important step to satisfy the requirements of your local building code professionals.
Stage 2 - Dirt Work, Site Clearing, Forms, Underground, Concrete Pour
To begin the building process, we must first make sure that the land is adequately prepared to build on. Here, we will clear the space, remove any dirt, and focus on any underground requirements needed before construction begins. Once that is completed, we will then pour concrete to establish the foundation for your future home.
Stage 3 - Lumber package, Frame, Decking, and Cornice
This is when your home will truly come alive. During this stage, we begin creating the shape of your home by establishing the frame, decking, and cornice. We use the best lumber during this process to assure you a home built to last. Our experts understand the ins and outs of perfecting your home's frame, as this is what will allow for the rest of the process to continue.
Stage 4 - Insulation and Sheetrock
Throughout this stage, we focus on building out the inside of your future home. Here we will add all of the necessary insulation to control the temperature throughout the year, along with the sheetrock required for your walls. After this stage is complete, your home will begin to look alive!
Stage 5 - Final Trimming and Punch Out
Punch out refers to the small remaining items we must complete before the project officially ends. This includes the final trimmings around the home, fixing scratches or marks that occurred during the construction process.
Stage 6 - Complete
It is now time to enjoy your brand new home! We hope that your experience working alongside Lee Brothers Construction was a good one because our overall goal is your satisfaction.
