How to Choose a Roofing Contractor in Huntsville Livingston or Conroe TX

This is the most common question asked by homeowners, especially after a damaging windstorm or hailstorm. Even if you are desperate to get your roof replaced quickly, choosing the wrong contractor can create more hassles than an improperly installed roof will solve.

Here are some questions to ask when choosing a roofing contractor:

Ask for references!

New roofing companies pop up every day and many have no concern over the quality of their work. It is important to ask for references or reviews of a roofing contractor’s completed work. For example, Lee Brothers Construction has many reviews and references at Houzz.com. We were also chosen by our customers for Best of Houzz – Service!

Are they local?

More and more roofing contractors get started every year and most of them live out of state or out of town, moving from town to town as damage occurs. How will your warranty be serviced if your roof installer is no longer in the area after a few months? With a local, established contractor you are always assured to have a backup plan should problems arise.
